Alicia Michelle Mills Obituary, Death; Celebration of Life Announced for Beloved Caregiver
The passing of Alicia Michelle Mills has left family, friends, and the community in deep sorrow as they prepare to celebrate her life and legacy. Alicia passed away peacefully on March 20, 2026, in Virginia Beach at the age of 40, surrounded by her loved ones.
A celebration of life and interment service will be held on April 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Cache Cemetery. In case of inclement weather, the service will be moved to the Cache High School Auditorium, where loved ones will gather to honor her memory and pay their respects.
Born on August 6, 1985, in Lawton, Alicia was the daughter of Bettye (Pulis) and Brian Mills. She was raised in Cache, where she attended Cache Public Schools and graduated in 2004. Her upbringing was rooted in strong family values and compassion—qualities that would shape her life’s journey.
Alicia held various positions throughout her career, including roles at Arby’s, Bar-S Foods, and Pizza Hut. However, her true calling was caring for others. She went on to earn her Certified Nursing Assistant certification from Southwest Technology Center in Altus, dedicating herself to a career that reflected her kindness and empathy.
Known for her gentle spirit and warm heart, Alicia found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved spending time with her family, caring for her dogs, gardening, playing video games, solving puzzles, and collecting owl-themed items. Her bright smile and signature dimples made a lasting impression on everyone she met.
She is survived by her parents, Bettye and Brian Mills; her brother, TJ (Melissa) Pulis; her nephews Tyler, Jordan, Evan, and Mason; her niece Lily; her cousins Alden and Eric Knighton; her grandmother, Pat Miller; and a large extended family who will forever cherish her memory.
Alicia was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frank and Sandra Pulis; her aunt, Deborah Knighton; and her grandfather, Fred Mills.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested support through donations to help during this difficult time. Each gesture of kindness offers comfort and reflects the love Alicia shared so freely.
As loved ones gather to remember her, the legacy of Alicia Michelle Mills lives on through the compassion, warmth, and care she gave to others. May she rest in peace.
